6. Pricing and Payment

10. Client Responsibilities

10.2 Health and Safety

  • Maintain safe working conditions for our staff
  • Report any health and safety concerns immediately
  • Provide information about allergies or sensitivities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

  • Non-payment of invoices
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Abusive behaviour towards staff

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other emergencies.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. Any disputes will be resolved through the English legal system.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Modifications
